2. Products

  • All items are vintage, antique or second-hand and may show minor signs of use.
  • Each product is described and photographed carefully so you know what you are buying.
  • Small variations in colour or texture are part of their character and are not considered defects.
  • I do not sell items with cracks or damage unless explicitly mentioned.
  • If you have doubts about a piece, feel free to contact me.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in euros and exclude shipping costs.
  • Payment is made in advance through the webshop or another accepted method.
  • An order becomes final once confirmed in writing.
  • If an item is unavailable, I will contact you within two working days and refund your payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Packing

I pack each order with the utmost care, using recycled materials where possible.

Shipping Times and Pickup

  • Orders are shipped within 3 to 8 days (shipping time, not delivery time).
  • Pickup is possible by appointment in Broek op Langedijk.

Carriers

  • Within the Netherlands: PostNL.
  • Within Europe: PostNL International or DHL.
  • The choice of carrier depends on the destination, weight and size of the order.
  • For destinations outside Europe, shipping costs and carriers are available on request.

Insurance and Costs

  • Orders up to €149 are shipped with Track & Trace.
  • For orders between €50 and €149 you can add optional insurance.
  • For orders within the Netherlands from €150 and above, both shipping and insurance costs are free.

Liability and Damage

  • Parcels are insured against loss, theft and damage according to the carrier’s policy.
  • Breakage can also be covered if the package was properly packed in accordance with PostNL or DHL guidelines. I always take great care in packing each item securely.
  • I am not liable for delays, damage or loss during transport, but I will handle any claims with the carrier on your behalf.

Reporting Damage

If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it within 3 days of receipt so that I can file a claim.

Please send clear photos of:

  • the parcel with visible address label,
  • the opened parcel showing contents and packing,
  • the damaged item (close-up of the damage),
  • and the shipping label.

Once the claim has been processed, I will resolve it with you so you are not left with a loss.

For large orders I reserve the right to ship in multiple packages at no extra cost.

5. Returns

Please order carefully — the items are fragile and we try to avoid unnecessary shipping.

  • You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
  • Always contact me before returning an item.
  • During this period, please handle the product carefully.
  • Return costs are at your expense unless the error was mine.
  • After receipt and inspection I refund the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 14 days.
  • Business purchases cannot be returned.

6. Liability

  • I am not liable for damage caused by improper use or for any consequential loss.
  • If something goes wrong, please contact me — I will always try to find a solution.

7. Force Majeure

In case of delays due to circumstances beyond my control (such as postal issues, illness or technical problems), I will inform you and we will look for a suitable solution.

8. Applicable Law

  • All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
  • Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
